The online store operated by František Ševčík on the website www.limitedprofashion.cz, Company ID 23084707, registered at Květná 408, Brodek u Prostějova, 798 07, processes personal data provided by the customer for the purposes of fulfilling and confirming the terms of business, processing electronic orders and shipments, and for necessary communication for the duration required by law.

Source of Personal Data

The controller processes personal data of the Customer obtained and collected on the basis of the purchase contract and the fulfilment of the electronic order created on the e-shop www.limitedprofashion.cz.

The controller processes only identification and contact details of the Customer necessary for the fulfilment of the purchase contract.

The controller processes personal data for the purposes of shipping, accounting, and necessary communication between the contracting parties for the period required by law. Personal data will not be published or transferred to other countries.

Purpose of Data Processing

The controller processes the Customer's personal data for the following purposes:

  1. Registration on the website www.limitedprofashion.cz in accordance with Chapter 4, Section 2 of the GDPR.

  2. Processing the Customer's electronic order (name, address, e-mail, telephone number).

  3. Compliance with laws and regulations arising from the contractual relationship between the Customer and the Controller.

  4. Personal data is necessary for the fulfilment of the purchase contract. Without providing personal data, the contract cannot be concluded.

Retention Period of Personal Data

  1. The controller retains personal data for a period necessary to fulfil the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between the controller and the customer and for 10 years after the termination of the contractual relationship.

  2. The controller is obliged to delete all personal data after the retention period has expired.

Recipients and Processors of Personal Data

Third parties processing the Customer's personal data are subcontractors of the Controller. Their services are necessary for the successful fulfilment of the purchase contract and processing of the Customer's electronic order.

Subcontractors of the Controller are:

  • Webnode AG (e‑commerce platform)

  • Shipping company

  • Google Analytics (website analytics)

  • Stripe (payment gateway)

Customer Rights

In accordance with the Regulation, the Customer has the right to:

  1. Access personal data;

  2. Rectify personal data;

  3. Erase personal data;

  4. Object to the processing of personal data;

  5. Data portability;

  6. Withdraw consent to the processing of personal data in writing or by e-mail sent to: info@limitedprofashion.cz;

  7. File a complaint with a supervisory authority in case of suspected violation of the Regulation.

Personal Data Security

  1. The controller declares that all necessary technical and organizational measures have been taken to protect personal data.

  2. The controller has implemented technical measures to secure data storage, particularly password protection of the computer, use of antivirus software, and regular computer maintenance.

Final Provisions

  1. By submitting an electronic order on www.limitedprofashion.cz, the Customer confirms that they have been informed of all conditions of personal data protection and accept them in full.

  2. The Customer agrees to these rules by checking the relevant box in the order form.

  3. The controller may update these Rules at any time. The updated version must be published on the website.

These Rules enter into force on 26. 11. 2025.
